Vizio E3D320VX 32" Passive 3D, Full HD, Smart TV with WIFI NEW $298 @ Walmart B&M (may be YMMV)
This is NOT refurbished.

It is in the ad from 11/11 through 11/17.

Ad: http://localad.walmart.com/Walmar...orceview=y Chick on See another Ad, and select the one 11/11 to 11/17. It's on the second page, top left.

IN-STORE B&M ONLY (most likely)

It SHOULDN'T be YMMV, but I put it in the title because the employees were very hard to work with. They'd rather say "oh we sold of that one" or "that was a special purchase order; we don't have it anymore", or "that sale has ended", or simply "we haven't had stock of that for a while". All lies, nobody even bothered checking, they didn't even know the model number. Ridiculous. When I got the guy to go the back to check for it, he found A BUNCH of them. And he said it'd take him 15-20 minutes. I said ok, I'd go around and for him to deliver it to the layaway desk. 5 minutes later, there it was. They scanned it, sure enough, $298 baby. Not the deal of the year, but I believe it to be a slick deal.

Walmart: http://www.walmart.com/ip/VIZIO-3...gMethod=rr

Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/VIZIO-E3D32...s=e3d320vx

The model number is NOT in the AD, and nobody could figure out the model. The TV is located in the showroom on the wall. It's the only 32" 3D TV from Vizio on the TV wall, and it still shows $348 ticket price. They also had it on multiple stands playing blu-ray movies. In all cases, it showed $348. That's the price that shows online as well.

I compared the specs in the Ad with those of all the TVs and found it to be the E3D320VX. Looks like nobody bothered switching the price. I had to reiterate I wanted them to check stock on that model when they kept telling me that the one from the ad was completely sold out. Once the employee finally checked, it was indeed $298.

This is my first post, and I checked for duplicates. Found them all to be old and of used/refurbished models. This one is new, and it's an incredible bang for the buck for somebody looking into the 32" size, without going refurb/used.

Please be kind with the thumbs down. I'd rather have constructive criticism and simple thumbs down because "I don't like this product" or "It's cheaper from secondipity, eBay, refurbished/used".

By the way, the refurb one is sold out in Walmart's website

I wasn't going for the TV at all, just paying off the Wii U preorder layaway, but curiously grabbed an ad while waiting for my wife and the rest of the kids and saw that TV. I've always been interested on the Vizio TVs. I have a 47" Vizio that was ahead of its time, and that was incredible bang for the buck, and my wife cannot handle Active 3D on our 82" TV, but she could on the 55" Passive LG we had for a while, so this was perfect as a computer monitor in our room for casual watching.

Plug into the Windows 8 Pro machine and detected the 3D immediately and set the screen configuration accordingly. Went into the nVidia window and ran 3D samples, and they worked flawlessly. Of course, I'm about a foot away from the screen, so anything less than perfect is noticeable. Moving through screens seems smooth enough, for being 60Hz. 1080p 3D is done only at 24Hz, which I'm not sure what that even means (under nVidia settings).

The TV overall hits all the spots for the perfect small bedroom TV. Internet, no wires, shows over a 100 channels directly from the wall cable (have Charter), 3D is a plus, we have several movies.

Overall rating between Walmart and Amazon: 4.5/5
